Randy Osmundson

Randy Osmundson

Randy Ray Osmundson passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2021.

A private service is being held in his memory at a later date.

Randy was born, raised and lived most of his life in West Union, IA. He grew up a farm boy with parents, Loren and LaVonne, and siblings Michael, Karen, Kris, Lonnie, Gary and Melodee.

One of his favorite quotes was a plaque owned by Ronald Reagan that said “It CAN be done.” He not only loved this quote, he lived it. Along side dedicated and loyal employees and friends, what started as a small farming operation grew to the prominent agricultural entity, Northern Ag Service. His business successes, while admirable, came second to his faith. He could often be found reading his Bible or catching up on the latest Chuck Swindoll. He was known for his master negotiating skills, his sense of humor and adventure, his story telling ability, and his intellectual brilliance.
